I’m a procurement professional and aspiring product manager with 10 years of experience solving operational problems, improving systems, and launching products. Over time, I realized the part of my work I enjoy most is understanding why problems exist in the first place.

I like digging into the root cause to figure out where and why users experience friction and how things can work better for them. Once I understand the problem, I enjoy building solutions that make people’s lives easier.

Somewhere along the way I realized this way of thinking had a name: product management. I’ve been hooked on solving user problems ever since.

At the end of the day, I just enjoy making things work better for the people who use them.
