Hi, I'm
Adam.

I'm a product-minded problem solver with 10 years of experience improving systems, workflows, and launching products. What I've always enjoyed most throughout that work is understanding the "why" behind problems, because that's where better solutions start. There's just something especially satisfying about building products that make people's lives easier and removes friction for users.

A big turning point for me was during my MBA when I read The Lean Startup. I started applying the build, measure, learn approach in my work, taking on projects where I could test ideas, gather feedback, and iterate. I enjoyed it so much that I realized I was already thinking like a product manager. I just didn't have the name for it yet.

Since then, I started pursuing product. I've earned my Product Owner and Product Manager certifications, and I'm always looking to learn more. You'll usually find me at local meetups, speaker events, or the Charlotte Startup House — where I'm a founding member — building my own projects and learning from others who are doing the work.

Through that experience, I've come to believe strong products start with strong human connection. Building relationships with users and stakeholders allows me to understand problems at a deeper level and create better solutions. Dive into my case studies below to see how I think and build.

He was done waiting for a company to give him experience and was going to go make his own.
